The Cognito-app app no longer works correctly on my mobile device

Probable cause

In rare situations, it may happen that the app on your device stops working, even though you can still use it with a browser. In this case, it is probably an automatic update error, due to the internet connection.

When the situation arises, here is the suggested procedure:

  1. Uninstall the app and clear the cache
  • on Google Android: clear the cache of Cognito-app, and uninstall the app
  • on Apple IPad / IPhone: Use the option “ Delete the app ” instead of “Uninstall the app”, to empty its cache at the same time.
