What can I do with the COGNITO Coach calendar?

The Cognito Coach Calendar lets you keep track of your planning at a glance.

• A click in the calendar and the activity opens for you to view or modify. If there is no activity where you clicked, the addition of a new activity will be proposed to you.

• You have access to your available time slots for making an appointment online.

• The icon in front of the activity title indicates its status (planned, pending, canceled, etc.).

• The red triangle in front of the icon raises an anomaly in the activity (deadlines exceeded for example).

• The colors are the ones you have determined for the activity .

• Quickly see the birthday of your customers when it is indicated in their file .

• You can also synchronize your calendar with your calendars in order to centralize your planning.
