Import the activity of a diary into the Cognito-app calendar

You’ve synced your calendars and would like to import an activity from one calendar to convert it into Cognito-app ? Here’s how:

Click on the activity you would like to import into the Cognito-app calendar.

Example: Useful if someone booked an appointment from a tool like Calendly or GOrendez-vous in your calendar and you want to turn it into a meeting in Cognito-app .

The following window will be available

Click on “Import into Cognito-app”

Then you determine what type of activity will be in Cognito-app .

All you have to do is feed the new activity and enrich it according to your needs.
