To begin, navigate to Settings in the Subscription section and click the Terminology option.
You will find three terminology modes in the Profession drop-down menu:
Fashion
Description
When to use it?
Coach
Applies pre-defined terminology, optimized for current coaching practice (example: replaces “Client” with “Coached”).
If you are a coach and wish to adopt the jargon of the profession.
Default
Use the application’s standard, neutral terminology. This option is useful if you don’t have specific jargon.
If you are a beginner or if standard terminology suits you.
Custom
It gives you total control. You can enter your own terms for multiple concepts within the application. This is the most powerful and flexible mode.
If you use very specific vocabulary (Example: Mentor, Trainer, Consultant) or if you work in white label.
Custom mode is the most powerful and demanding in terms of input, but also the most efficient. It is ESSENTIAL to follow the multilingual instructions below.
In the “Terms of the Profession” section, you must first establish your vocabulary for the three structuring concepts of the platform:
To ensure a consistent experience for all your customers, regardless of their language, you must fill in absolutely all translation fields (French, English, Spanish, etc.) for each concept you customize.
Failure to complete a field in a language could result in the display of a default term or an inconsistency.
