Creation and management of promotions for programs

This interface, accessible via Settings or in Programs, allows you to create promotional codes to offer discounts on your coaching programs. Use this tool to boost enrollments and develop your marketing strategies.


1. Configuring the Promotion (in the settings)

Complete the following sections to precisely define how your promotion will work.

1.1. Promotional Code, Status and Discount

Promotional code (Required)

The code your customers will use. Enter it in BLOCK CAPITALS, without spaces . The code must be unique and have never been used for another promotion.

Active (Checkbox)

Check the box to make the code usable immediately. Uncheck it if you want to disable the code.

Discount (%)

Enter the discount percentage to apply. This percentage is applied directly to the program price . A percentage is easier to apply to different currencies.

1.2. Limitations of use and validity

Check Limit the number of uses to define a maximum quantity where this code can be applied (example: only the first 10 people).

Start of the promotion

No limit : The code is active as soon as it is saved.
Specify a start date : The code becomes usable from the selected date.

End of promotion

No limit : The code never expires.
Specify an end date : The code will no longer be usable after this date.

1.3. Applicability

Choose the specific programs that will benefit from this promotion:

  • All programs with registration : The code can be used for any program displayed on your registration page.
  • Only for the following programs : Select this option if you want to manually choose the applicable programs from the list that will be displayed.

2. Application of Promotion to a Program (association and dissemination)

Once configured, the promotion** must be associated with your programs** to be effective, and then distributed to customers.

2.1. Promotion Association

  1. Navigate to the desired program (via the Programs menu).
  2. Access the Promotions tab of the program.
  3. Click the + Add button to associate the promotion with this program.

2.2. Distribution and sharing with Clients

Once the promotion is associated, the application generates the hyperlink for the marketing campaign:

A unique registration link that automatically integrates the promotional code (Example: promoCode=PROMO30 ).

Click on Copy to share it on your social networks, newsletters, or website.

QR code

A visual code that directs the user to the registration page with the discount already applied.

Click on QR Code to view and download the image to insert into your marketing materials.

Verification: Once the code is applied, the discount is clearly indicated (e.g., -30% ), and the status “Pending” confirms that the code is active.
