Setting up your online store

This section allows you to customize and activate your sales showcase to display all your configured programs.

1. Activate and share the Online Store

This is the first step in making your offers visible to the public.

• To activate the store, go to **Settings** and then to Online Store : Make sure the “Online Store Active” box is checked. If it is not checked, your store will remain private.

• Access to the sharing link: Share the link: The “Online Store” address is the URL of your store.

• Click “Copy” to get the link to easily embed on your website or share on social media.

• Use the “QR Code” option for physical integration (business cards, posters, at an exhibition).

2. Visual customization and welcome in the online store.

Create an engaging brand environment for your visitors.

• Banner : Upload an image that will serve as the cover of your store (like the “Shop Space” example). A professional banner reinforces your brand image (suggested size 1200x300 pixels).

• Welcome Text : Write a short welcome message to engage your visitors as soon as they arrive.

Multilingual : Check “Enable multilingual” in this section if you need to offer the welcome message in multiple languages and translate your texts.

3. Legal Framework and Contracts

It is essential to secure your customer relationship with clear legal documents.

• Terms and Conditions : Insert the full text of the terms and conditions that your customers agree to when purchasing a program.

Update: Always remember to indicate the Update Date and the Effective Date so your customers know that the legal information is recent.

Once these three sections are completed, your store is ready to welcome customers and sell your programs.
