Password forgotten or to reset

Have you already subscribed and have forgotten your password and want to reset it or do you want to change your password for security reasons? Then follow the steps below:

1. Go to: www.cognitocoach.com/coach

2. Enter your email address

3. Click on “forgot password”

3. The following window will appear

4. Click on “Send email now”

5. Follow the instructions in the verification email that will be sent to you.

If you don’t receive an email, check your “Junk Mail” and / or “Spam” folder on your mailbox.

If the reset email is not in the spam folder, contact us through our customer service: support@cognitocoach.com
