Cancellation of your Cognito-app subscription

While we would be very sorry to see you go, you can cancel your membership at any time.

  1. Log in to your Cognito-app account.

  2. From the configuration menu , select Subscription .

  1. Tap Remove subscription and follow the prompts.

Important

If you cancel an annual plan , it will be active until the end of the annual subscription.

If you cancel a monthly plan , it will be active until the end of the monthly payment.
