How to enter a user profile?

1. Click on your icon or photo menu at the top right and click on profile

2. Fill in the information in the different sections.

Notes : Complete the different sections depending on what is relevant to you. You don’t have to fill in all the information.

1. Enter your personal information

Note : The information in this section will be available in the Customer Area

• First and last name.

• Date of birth (it will appear in the Client Space .

• Professional title.

• Time zone. It will be useful for adjusting the time for meetings, calls and more when your recipient or client will have a different time zone from yours.

• Add your photo.

• Language of use.

• Additional Notes for billing.

2. Login information

Note : The section here is pre-populate with Cognito-app subscription information.

Note : If you are in multi-coach mode, your access rights will also be indicated.

3. Professional contact details (in addition to company contact details)

Indicate additional or complementary information to what you have already indicated in the company profile .
Ex: a Zoom link, a facebook link different from that of the company.

4. Coach showcase

NOTE : The information in this section will be available in the Customer Area if you have indicated your consent.

• Indicate the professional association (s) and your membership number. It is possible to add more than one.

• Professional biography allows you to introduce yourself, indicate your approach, your specialization, your training, etc.

• Indicate your consent to the information in this section being available in the Customer Area .

• Indicate the languages in which you support clients.

• Do you authorize virtual accompaniment?

• The places where to accompany you in Iive.
