Activities - Enable notifications for ONE type of activity

Since 2020.3 This documentation concerns a new feature of this version.

### To activate notifications for an activity type which will be by default when you create a new activity:

1. Select the activity tab (meeting, call, etc.) from the modules menu .

2. Click on the option menus at the top right of your COGNITO-app , near the point of interregation.

3. Click on “Options for…”

4. Choose the pace of your notification (s) for this type of activity (meeting, call, etc.). Your preferences will be by default in each activity of this type.

For all your customers using the Customer Space , the options are the same for activating notifications in their space.
