Créer un contact

How to create a new contact

Creating a contact only requires some basic information and can be completed by your customer and you later.

Steps of Creation

  1. Go to the Contacts tab in the left menu.
  2. Click the Create button.
  3. Enter the contact’s Last Name (this information is required).
  4. Fill in any other relevant information (all other fields are optional).
  5. You can enter the email and invite the contact immediately to their Customer Area .
  6. Save to finalize the creation.

Collaboration with the Customer Area

Once the contact is created:

  • If the latter has an active customer area, your customer will be able to enter their contact details directly in their Customer Area .
  • All the information you add will be automatically updated and accessible in your own space.
