How to create a new contact
Creating a contact only requires some basic information and can be completed by your customer and you later.
Steps of Creation
- Go to the Contacts tab in the left menu.
- Click the Create button.
- Enter the contact’s Last Name (this information is required).
- Fill in any other relevant information (all other fields are optional).
- You can enter the email and invite the contact immediately to their Customer Area .
- Save to finalize the creation.
Collaboration with the Customer Area
Once the contact is created:
- If the latter has an active customer area, your customer will be able to enter their contact details directly in their Customer Area .
- All the information you add will be automatically updated and accessible in your own space.
