Fill out a contact (or customer) file6

To add a contact or consult the list of your customers, you select the Customer tab of your modules menu and then click on Add .

A new window will allow you to enter the information relating to this contact.

  1. Invite your client to the Customer Area , when applicable.

  2. For points # 3 to # 6 , indicate at least the first and last name of your contact. If your contact is a coaching client, via his Client Space , he can complete his information, put his photo, indicate his birthday, enter his contact details, etc.

  3. Indicate the organization associated with your customer. If it is not in the list, you can add one.

  1. The peculiarities allow you to remember little attentions, does your client have a particular illness? Does he like his black coffee? Does he prefer a bottle of water? This notes field allows you to remember details that personalize your meetings.

  2. Additional Information

You can indicate if the contact is active , which means that it remains in your “live” list. If you uncheck this box, the contact will be inactive, therefore, it will no longer be found in your contact list, and you can still find it using the search filter .

  1. Indicate the creation date of your contact’s file.

  2. The time zone is important to enter especially when your contact is not the same as you! So during a meeting or a call, for example, everyone will have the time information according to their time zone. Note that this field is found in the modification of the Customer Space when it is linked to a Customer Space.

  3. The notification of the holiday date allows you to be notified, at a time of your choice, of the imminent arrival of this important date.

  4. You can indicate in this notes field the name of the person who referred you this contact

  5. This section is important in order to ensure that confidential information will be transmitted only to specific persons.

  6. The contact details can be entered either by you or by your contact if he is a coaching client, via his Client Space .

16.You can add details about this contact.

  1. If this contact is a coaching client, you have access to add a coaching process to him directly from his file.

  1. You can also add attachments of all types (audio, video, document…).

  2. Send an email or associate an email with the contact.

  3. Add an activity (meeting, call, training…).

You now have all the necessary information about your contact!
