Configure billing settings

Cognito-app offers you the possibility of producing your invoices, printing them, sending them by email, entering receipts, generating sales reports as well as producing the list of taxes. It also allows you to receive payments from your customers via online payment. All this is in order to reduce your administrative tasks as much as possible and to receive your money as quickly as possible.

To have access to all these features, you must first configure your Coach Space . Here is how to do it:

CONFIGURATION :

Select the “Parameters” tab from the menu. You will then have access to all the available options.

1. Enter the information requested in the first section by clicking on the “ Edit ” button.

2. This section allows you to configure the online payment of your customers in order to receive payments more quickly.

3. List all of your billable services. They will be available when you create your invoices.

4. Enter the taxes applicable to your services.
