Send an attachment before a meeting

To send an attachment that will be available on the date of your choice in the Customer Area, and before a meeting, you must:

1- This feature is accessible when your customer has access to his ** Customer Space ** .

2- Then ** create your activity ** .

3-Click on the file tab.

4-Choose the file.

5-Indicate that it is visible in the Customer Area

5-Put the date of availability.
