When you send a confirmation email from COGNITO

Example:

Confirmation of an activity

A bill

A payment receipt

A report, etc.

You have access to the following information:

1. Your email
2. Your recipient’s email
3. You can add additional recipients

4. The title of your email
5. Add a note, a message
6. Add documents, photos …
7. Add audio message
8. Link a document from your COGNITO library to the shipment
9. Decide if you keep your email in COGNITO.

The recipient will receive your email containing all the information indicated.
