Discussions-Activate notifications

To turn on notifications at the pace that’s right for you, you need to:

1. Select the “Discussions” tab from your Cognito-app menu:

2. Click on the menu at the top

3. Click on “Chat Options”

4. Choose the best time for you from the drop-down list

For all your customers using the Customer Space , the options are the same for activating notifications in their space.
